  • Returns: Unused, non-custom items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. As some items are ordered directly from partner suppliers, please be sure to check your order documents for detailed return address and contact information to initiate a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, customized items, and perishable goods are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
